Cambodia constructors associations (CCA) was established under in the initiation by Ministry of land management, urban planning and construction through an assembly. there are more than 300 members attend in the even of which are mostly the construction and designing companies and construction material and equipment supplier. This assembly was hosted on October 06th 2011 at the diamonde island invention and exhibition center presided over by H.E. Im Chhun Lim, senior minister of land managment, urban planning and construction. In that time, the assembly vote to set up the association state and select Neak Okhna Pung Kheav Se to be the association chairman, Lork Okhna Ly Chhoung . Vice-Chairman, Lork Okhna Hann Khieng, Vice-Chairman, Neak Okhna Mong Rethy, secretary-general, Lok Okhna Chhay Hour, deputy secretary-general, Mr. Charles Van, treasure general and associate executive member are Lok Okhna Leng Meng,Mr. Cho Kwi Yeun (Korean), Mr. Sun Sok Kheang, Mr. Denis Astgen (France), as shown in associate's organization chart. CCA was registered in the Ministry interior of the Kingdom of Cambodia on November 16th, 2011 and registered to ASEAN constructors association (ACF) on December 6th 2011 at Barangay city in Philippines.
